A booking is confirmed when we reply to your request with a fixed price and you accept it in writing, for example on WhatsApp. The price includes driver, vehicle, fuel, tolls and standard waiting time. Extra stops, extra waiting time or route changes requested during the trip are quoted before they are added.
The vehicle shown on this website is our own Mercedes-Benz V-Class. Other vehicle categories, such as E-Class, S-Class or Sprinter, and trips in other cities are carried out by licensed partner operators and are confirmed in your quote. Photos are illustrative.
Payment methods accepted: Cash and all credit and debit cards, including contactless, paid on board. An electronic invoice is issued for every service. Companies should send their billing details with the request.
You can cancel or change a booking free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may be charged. Flight delays are monitored and do not incur extra waiting time for airport pickups.
Please tell us the number of passengers and bags when you book, so that we assign the right vehicle. Seat belts are mandatory. Smoking is not allowed in the vehicle.
We carry the insurance required by Italian law for NCC services. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, such as traffic closures, severe weather or strikes, but we will do everything possible to get you to your destination.
These terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, the mandatory rules of the country of residence also apply.
