What this website collects

Nothing. This website has no accounts, no database and no tracking. It does not use analytics, advertising tools or third-party scripts, and all fonts and images are served from the site itself. The booking form only prepares a text message in your own WhatsApp app: the site does not receive or store what you type.

Cookies

This website does not set cookies or use similar trackers, so no cookie banner is needed. If this changes, for example by adding analytics, this page will be updated and your consent will be requested first.

When you contact us

If you write to us on WhatsApp, Instagram or by phone, we receive your name, phone number or account name and the details you send (pickup, destination, date, number of passengers). We use them to reply, prepare a quote, carry out the service you book and issue the invoice.

• Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and legal obligations such as invoicing and tax records (art. 6.1.c).
• Retention: we keep the details of a request only once it becomes a confirmed booking; enquiries that do not lead to a booking are not kept. Confirmed bookings and invoices are kept for as long as the law requires for accounting purposes (10 years), and longer only if needed to defend a legal claim.
• Sharing: we do not sell your data. Where a trip is carried out by a partner driver in another city, we share only what is needed to perform it (name, pickup, destination, time, contact for the day). Our accountant and the electronic invoicing system (SDI) receive invoice data.
• Messaging platforms: WhatsApp and Instagram are run by Meta, which processes your messages under its own privacy policy.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Aruba S.p.A. (Italy). Like any web server, it keeps technical logs, including IP addresses, for security and for a limited time.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to its use, by writing to us on WhatsApp or at the PEC address above. You can also complain to the Italian data protection authority, Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
